My other half lost his job 3 weeks ago, it was an unfair dismissal and he launched his appeal within 48 hours of recieveing the letter of dismissal. The major share holder and bar owner have been stealing out of the till regularl to fund their coke addiction, but naturally my other half has no evidence of this so is unable to prove their guilt just his innocence. Now regardless of wether he was dismissed on gross misconduct or not he is still entititled to his holiday pay. Yet he hasn't got it. The payslip and wages were ready to pay over a week ago now, and they have been promising to drop it over everynight since then. There has been tax paid on the amount yet they are keeping it from him. We both suspect that they have actually spent the money on coke as they are both avoiding my other half and his calls. Any info on how we can get the money off them would be appreciated, as such we are now short of our rental amount. Thanks
